M&Ms and sore throat…

Well I woke up this morning with a sore throat…probably from running in teen degree weather…so I will just take it easy today and see how I feel in the morning to go run tomorrow.

I am feeling better, still have a little bit of a sore throat, but other than that doing good. Thanks mom!
