???????????????????????????????????????????????????
So, I was asked to go and answer a few questions in the 4th and 5th grade class Sunday school this morning, because they were asking great questions that the SS teacher felt like she did not have a good enough answer for them (they were studying Genesis)…so I got the usual questions, “Who created God?”, “How did he do it?”, “where is the garden of Eden and if we find it can we go into it?”, “Did God create sin?”, “Did God create Satan?”, “What about the dinosaurs?”….And I can answer most of those…and most of the time the answer is, “mystery”…and if anyone is telling you something different they are 1) acting on assumptions, 2) saying what they were taught, 3) selling you something, or 4) just don’t know at all…. and what is so wrong with mystery? Is it really that hard to accept that God can not be defined, explained, or reasoned into existence? Maybe it is just me…but I don’t mind the mystery…and I believe that it is intentional in the bible…just look at what God tells Moses is his name,
13 Moses said to God, “Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ Then what shall I tell them?” 14 God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” (Exodus 3:13-14)
See even God loves mystery. he is beyond names…and all you need to know is that he exists; He is who is!
Anyway getting back to the good part (not that that last part was not good, heh…anyway….
the best question of the day in that SS class?
“Is there chocolate in space?”
my answer:
I sure hope so!
Love yall, have a wonderful week, and God bless yall! KUTPs!!!

If you know me…then you know that I am a freak when it comes to gadgets! A trait that I probably inherited from my father first…and then he gave it to his two sons…and then when you look up to a 7 year older geek brother (and yes I say the word geek with pride..because I continue his geekdom into the future…maybe not as much as he did…but there is still a lot of it there ha ah!!! Just ask Sheila she can tell you!
anyway…with the old camera breaking….my parents (mainly my mother…who loves seeing the pictures of our lives….wanted us to get a new one…and decided that maybe a early birthday could be arranged…so anyway…i went to Best Buy yesterday and got a great deal…. I bought the camera online though the local store! With an already 10% discount online, a 12% discount through my reward zone, $10 of reward zone points, and one $5 McDonalds Monopoly game piece…I thought i got a really good deal…so what did I get?
nothing too amazing…but still very cool none-the-less:
introducing the Casio EXILIM S770 (blue <---the only color BB had, heh)(oh and I got it for a much better price than that on the official Casio website)
It had all the features I really wanted in a camera:
- decent megapixel 7.2
- macro mode (cause I love taking pictures close-up…weird that way I guess)
- Very small size to go in the pocket (94,5 x 60.4 x 17.3 mm (W x H x D, excl. protrusions, thinnest part 13.7 mm)
- movie mode with sound (MPEG-4…even in a 16×9 format (not HD quality..but will fill my TV…with lots of blur, ha ha.
Oh and did I mention that it has a 2.8 inch screen? Dang that is huge for the size of camera that it is… so anyway… I am sure yal will be seeing many more new pics around here…and maybe even videos with sound…if I can find some place to FTP them and store them somewhere, heh…. Oh and since it has all those abilities…I figured I needed to get a new SD card too!

(insert sheepish grin here heh heh) So i got a 2 GB SD card…amazing they can fit so much info into such a small space…man I love technology(the 4 GB was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!)…any way yall take care have a wonderful week and go enjoy community somewhere this fine Sunday! KUTPs!!!!!!
